This sacred event which, in its most articulated form, begins on the date of Dec. 21st, 2012 - the long awaited date that many have looked forward to and others have feared - is the beginning of something, not the end, the beginning of a new wave of cosmic energy coming from the great central ‘Sun’ of our galaxy.  It is a wave of energy of higher vibration which shall usher in a new level of consciousness as well.  

The reason that the Mayan Calendar ended and that those who feared the worst thought that the world would also end, is that time, as we know it, ends with this turning of the ages. For our perception of reality is very conditioned by our perception of time, and our perception of time, as it has been, shall end in its familiar ways of being, with an expansion into the timeless and eternal that people will begin to feel even while embodied.  The end of time as it has been known is not the end of the world, but the entrance into a higher dimensional reality which the Earth is already becoming part of, a reality that is beyond time. 

This new wave of cosmic energy ushered in by the Winter Solstice will also bring with it a new and increasing ability to perceive spiritual reality.   It will bring to those who have waited long for it a sense of spiritual reality that has not been possible before.

This date of the solstice is sacred.  It is holy.  It is a turning of the ages and the beginning of the new, according to what has been the completion of a 26,000 year cycle that the Earth has just proceeded through - ‘the precession of the equinoxes.’  This cycle will come to an end and a new one begin in these days, and the effects will not be visible all at once, but they will be visible.

For the Earth, it is a time for reverence, gratitude, joy, and celebration, for no matter what difficulties shall ensue as a result of the further purification of the Earth brought about by intensifying light, the path toward love and unity has been cleared, and an end to duality will move progressively into human consciousness like the waves of the ocean rolling onto a shore.   It will not be instantaneous, but it will be as if wave after wave increased the inner knowing for one and all, that spiritual reality is indeed real, and that God by whatever name God is called is at the center.

Pray for the manifestation of all that this great turning shall bring.  For even in the presence of darkness that remains upon the Earth and within the human heart, the end of duality is arriving with a surer and more definitive step than has existed before.

All praises to the Divine Beloved, the holy One who is all, who has set forth the sacred destiny of the Earth even as the heavens were set forth from the very beginning.
