Pain has been a large part of the human experience .

It is not what will be but what has been.

It comes from the feeling of each

being separate from the other.

To change this, we must know that

no man, woman, or child is an island,

separate from the whole,

that their suffering is ours as well...

This knowing cannot be held within

the human heart,

but within the Divine heart of each one

where there is more room...

We have the power within us

to heal the pain of the world

when we hold it within our deepest hearts.

May love blossom on Earth that all may be healed.
