There is a great need today for spiritual anchoring, especially at a time of multiple pressures that occur during daily life which take us out of our deeper center. It is also important at this time of great change upon the earth to allow our bodies and consciousness to absorb more light so that we can most effectively participate in God's plan for the earth and for all beings upon it.

For this reason, a group of meditative practices taken from the Calendar of Light are being offered for daily listening and attunement, accompanied by a booklet which introduces each practice and its purpose. The list of practices includes:

Many of these meditations have a specific focus on strengthening light in the body and consciousness, while others offer assistance with healing or with quieting the mind.  For those who are not ready to fully engage with the ten-month process of immersion in the larger Calendar of Light, the Spiritual Practices for Daily Life recordings and booklet offer a way of maintaining daily contact with the higher vibrations of light and of establishing a deeper connection with one's soul-self. This brief but regular contact with one's higher identity can begin to change life in significant ways and can be a stepping stone to further engagement with learning and opening to what God's grace wishes to bring to each of us.
